A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total order will be collected and charged to a credit card to guarantee the Tea Party for that date and time.

This deposit is non-refundable.

The balance is due on the morning of the Tea Party and will be charged to the same credit card.

In the event that a Tea Party is cancelled or postponed until a later date the deposit will be credited against the final bill providing the rescheduled

Tea Party takes place within 3 months of cancellation.

We accept Master Card, Visa or Discover.

A minimum of 6 persons is required per Tea Party.
The maximum is whatever your venue will comfortably accommodate.

Prices are exclusive of tax and gratuity.

If mileage to the party venue exceeds a radius of 20 miles from our business location in Searsport, a Delivery Fee surcharge of $1.00 per mile over the 20 miles will be added to your bill.

Map Quest mileage calculations will be used.

Client assumes responsibility for proper care of all dishes & equipment and agrees to pay for any damages or loss. The client will be provided with a detailed list of all items provided for their use.
